The Works and Maintenance Directorate designs and executes the Corporation's construction projects, from the internal roads, drainage and electrification of new estates, to the construction of residential and commercial units. Once an estate is handed over, this directorate keeps it in good condition through planned maintenance. It also maintains the Corporation's administrative buildings and facilities.
Mandate & Responsibilities
Design and execution of capital projects and housing schemes
Provision of infrastructural facilities for estates
Routine preventive and corrective maintenance services
Supervision of contractors and quality control
Maintenance of office and staff-welfare facilities

- Breakdown repairs and estate upkeep
- Renovation of Corporation property
